IronMoveny was founded in 2019 by a group of former competitive athletes and event professionals who saw a clear gap in the market: companies wanted to run sports tournaments for their teams, but organizing them was complicated, time-consuming and often disappointing when handled internally.

Our founder, Aiden Jones, had spent 15 years competing in amateur soccer and basketball leagues across North America and witnessed firsthand the difference that professional tournament management makes. "Every athlete deserves to feel like a champion for a day," Aiden says. "Our job is to create that feeling for every single participant — from the elite players to the enthusiastic beginners who just want to have fun and connect with their colleagues."

We launched with three corporate events in Toronto in our first year. The feedback was overwhelming. Word spread quickly through HR networks, and by 2021 we were delivering events across five Canadian cities. Today, IronMoveny operates nationally with a team of 24 full-time specialists, a network of 200+ trusted partners and a reputation that speaks for itself: 100% client satisfaction rate across 120+ events.
