Quick Answers

How quickly can you organize an event?

We typically recommend 6–8 weeks of lead time for a full event. However, we've successfully organized excellent events in 2 weeks for urgent requests. Contact us to discuss your timeline.

Do you operate outside of Canada?

Our primary market is Canada but we've organized events in the US and Europe for Canadian companies. International events are reviewed case by case — contact us for details.

What's the minimum group size?

Our smallest events are designed for 20 participants. There's no upper limit — our largest event was a 1,200-person corporate Olympics in 2024.

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes, absolutely. Your first 30-minute discovery call with our Event Director is completely free with no obligation to proceed.
